For more information on working with rules, see Manage email messages by using rules. When you click File in Outlook, you should see a screen that looks something like this:. Has this old address been configured as an alias on your mailbox or as a separate contact or user in Active Directory which forwards the messages to your mailbox ask your Exchange admin if you do not know this. In case of the last, then you can set a condition on the rule to check for that address.
If you want to do it via a client-only rule, then try changing your message format of your oft-file from HTML to Plain Text.
